8 small boneless chicken thighs ( I used breasts)
3 Tablespoons flour
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1/3 cup BBQ sauce
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon grated gingerroot
Toss chicken with flour in slow cooker. Stir in all ingredients and cover. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours. Make 4 servings. Serve over hot rice. Recipe from Kraftrecipes.com
