Hard Rock Cafe Twisted Mac & Cheese with Chicken
2 cups uncooked cavatappi or elbow macaroni
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1/8 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 cup diced roasted pepper
2 tsp. Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
2 tsp. grated parmesan cheese
1 lb. chicken, cooked
Cook and season chicken breast; cut into strips. Cook pasta as directed and drain. Combine milk, cheeses, cayenne pepper and black pepper in saucepan. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Add pasta and roasted pepper to pan. Toss to coast pasta. Sprinkle bread crumbs over pasta and top with chicken strips.
